Below you will find the steps to confirm your invitation and arrive and be prepared on your in-studio filming day!

1. CONFIRM YOUR INVITATION
You should have received an email confirming your invitation including the date and time. If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk mail and please contact us if it is not there.
2.SIGN RELEASE FORMS
To allow us to air the programs you will record on your studio day, as well as to share marketing materials with your image and voice on them, you will need to sign a release form.

ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT NASHVILLE STATE CAMPUS
1. Take the campus entrance that has a red light (there are 2 entrances—one with a red light and one without).
2. Come all the way down to the back of the campus passing other parking lots until you will see a big parking lot to your left.
3. Turn left into this parking lot and drive up close to the buildings.
4. Please park near the small semi-circular drive between the Student Services Center (“S Building”) and the Kisber Building (“K Building”).
5. Once parked, you can take the sidewalk into the campus at this small semi-circle drive which is the opening between the buildings. Walk through that opening and head towards the second set of buildings and you will find the building labeled PEG STUDIOS. There’s a satellite dish on the roof and a NECAT logo on the front door.
6. You will see a building labeled PEG STUDIOS in front of you and a little to the right. There’s a NECAT logo on the front door. Just ring the doorbell and we’ll let you in. If you have any trouble, please call the Studio Line (615) 354-1731 rather than our main office line (because the NECAT office is closed during these weekend hours). If you cannot get anyone on the studio line, please text (don’t call during studio hours) 615.236.6590 and Sarah Grace or someone else will get back to you as soon as possible.
We want you to have a great time when you come in for your studio filming, please feel free to take pictures and videos of yourself and the production team and volunteers if you would like. We just ask that you don’t video tape more than 15 seconds of our taping.

Once your program is available on demand, we will send you a promotional graphic that you can share with your followers. Your interview will also be aired on the local cable networks we are a part of, and we can find out the dates and times per your request.
